You always pay DakBox
You never pay a Japanese seller directly. You pay DakBox in Taka, and DakBox pays the seller. If anything goes wrong, your refund also comes from DakBox.
How to pay
- Open your order page. It shows the amount and the payment number for that order.
- Pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to that number or account.
- Send the TrxID (transaction ID) on your order page, or in the chat with us.
- The DakBox team checks the payment and confirms your order. You get a confirmation.
Pay only to the details shown on your own order page.

Refunds
Approved refunds are sent by bKash or bank transfer, usually to the account you paid from, and we confirm by email or WhatsApp when it is sent. Read Refunds and returns at DakBox.
