How to Track Your DakBox Order
Where to see your order status, the emails you get at each step, the QR code on your parcel, and how long each kind of DakBox order usually takes.

You should never have to guess where your order is. Here is how to follow it.
Your order page
Every order has its own page under Account → Orders. It shows the status, the payment, and — for Japan orders — the photos taken at the DakBox Japan office.
No account? Use Track order with your order number (8 characters, like AB12CD34) or your phone number.
Emails at every step
We email you when:
- your payment is confirmed,
- the item is bought in Japan (Dak Proxy),
- it is shipped,
- it arrives in Bangladesh,
- it is out for delivery,
- it is delivered.
The QR code on your parcel
Parcels from Japan carry a DakBox label with a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera to open the tracking page for that order.
How long it usually takes

| Dak Shop (ready stock) | about 2–3 days after payment is confirmed |
| Japan orders (Dak Proxy) | about 25–30 days from order to your door |
| Inside Dhaka, once the parcel is in Dhaka | about 1–2 days |
| Rest of Bangladesh | about 2–5 days by courier |
These are estimates, not promises. Holidays, customs checks and courier delays can add time — we keep your order page up to date.
If the courier can't reach you
The courier tries again once. Contact us within 24 hours of a failed delivery to set a new time.
